Dr. Ashraf Abdel-Aziz, a professor of nutrition at the Faculty of Home Economics, Helwan University confirms that high blood pressure patients can maintain a normal rate of blood pressure through attention to ways of prevention in 8 steps:


*. Stop smoking and stay away as much as possible contact with smokers.

* eating a lot of foods rich in calcium, potassium, and calcium-rich food such as milk and dairy products, preferably low-fat, , Potassium is found in bananas, orange juice, apricots, spinach and tomatoes.


*. Limit the intake of saturated fat and cholesterol, which is found in animal foods such as butter, cheese, red meat, egg yolk and liver.


*. Reduction of drinking coffee and tea as much as possible.

*. Stay away from tension and stress.
